The true Macaron of Nancy owes its fame to the secret recipe of two Converses sisters from the Dames du Saint Sacrement de Nancy community.

This authentic recipe has been the subject of constant research by Nancy pastry chefs, cooks and confectioners for four centuries, and remains unsurpassed to this day. This secret is currently held by Nicolas Génot of the Maison des Sœurs Macarons.

This tasty treat is made exclusively from a delicate blend of egg whites, sugar and almonds from Provence, making it a true traditional Macaron.
