Le Macaron des Sœurs, long-term, can be kept for 6 weeks in its hermetically sealed bag. 

The hermetically-sealed packaging of the macaroons, once they've come out of the oven, allows them to be kept for longer, but in no way alters the recipe or the composition of the macaroons.

Les Soeurs' macarons are best enjoyed soft. Remove the macaroons from the airtight bag and keep them in the box at the bottom of the fridge for 2 days before tasting. 

Take them out several hours before tasting to restore their softness. 

If macaroons are hard (due to dry weather): put your macaroon tray (paper side) for a few minutes over a pan of boiling water (heat off) or put your macaroon for a few minutes over your cup of tea or coffee or 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.

Egg whites, sugar and French almonds exclusively.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
