Macaron des Sœurs can be kept for 10 to 15 days at the bottom of the fridge.
We recommend that you take your macaroons out of the fridge a few minutes or even hours before eating, so that they regain their softness.
If the macaroons are hard (due to dry weather), we recommend that you steam the macaroon tray (paper side) for a few minutes, over a pan of boiling water (heat off) or 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.
In our boxes, the dozen(s) are wrapped in food-safe kraft paper for optimum preservation.
