La perle de Lorraine: mirabelle plum purée (32%), caster sugar, sugar, glucose syrup, water, fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), mirabelle plum brandy, invert sugar, gelling agent: pectin, raising agent: tartaric acid, thickener: gum arabic, color: lutein.

Chardons: white chocolate (cocoa min30%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla), sugar, raspberry or kirsch brandy or mirabelle plum brandy (9%) colorants : E120 E160c E161b.
