In Rozelieures, the Maison de la Mirabelle passionately cultivates one of our region's most precious treasures: the Lorraine mirabelle plum.
In their sun-drenched orchards, each fruit is carefully harvested to reveal all the sweetness and unique fragrance of this little golden fruit.
These Lorraine IGP mirabelle plums are then used to make, among other things, our delicious Perles de Lorraine, fruit jellies with a mirabelle plum brandy centre, to be enjoyed in one bite.
