On Friday, La Meilleure Boulangerie de France honoured our company with a feature on the production of our IGP bergamotes, which are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their certification this year.
The film was shot in our workshops, with Noémie Honiat and Bruno Cormerais, focusing on our expertise and this iconic Nancy product.
