Last Friday, at the unique dinner organised by Destination Nancy at the Centre Prouvé and dedicated to citrus fruits and bergamot, the four businesses holding the Bergamote de Nancy PGI came together to celebrate the label’s 30th anniversary.
For Maison des Sœurs Macarons, Nicolas, Charlotte and Guillaume Génot demonstrated several bergamot-filling techniques live before the guests, showcasing the precision of their movements and the exacting standards of artisanal production.
This moment of sharing, at the heart of craftsmanship and tradition, brought to a close a wonderful evening, rich in entertainment and refined culinary creations.
