To mark the 30th anniversary of the Nancy Bergamot PGI label, the Botanical Garden is hosting a fascinating exhibition dedicated to this citrus fruit, which is as mysterious as it is iconic.
From the bergamot tree to perfumery, from the chemistry of aromas to the famous Bergamote de Nancy, exhibition curator Rémi Saxe takes you on a journey that is as entertaining as it is informative, exploring this unique fruit.
For the opening, Nicolas Génot was also present to make bergamot sweets and offer tastings of the famous confection.
