As part of the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Nancy Bergamot PGI label, they made bergamot sweets, explaining the techniques, ingredients and expertise that make this little sweet so special.
It was a wonderful opportunity to see bergamot in action, chat with visitors and remind everyone how much this fruit – and its essence – is an integral part of Nancy's culinary identity.
