Since 1996, the Nancy Bergamot PGI has protected a unique artisanal know-how, carried forward by four committed artisans. Thanks to their high standards and dedication, this small, square, tangy sweet has become an essential symbol of the city of Nancy.
More than just an anniversary, these 30 years illustrate the strength of the collective, the transmission of knowledge and the attachment to our culinary heritage. Throughout the year, numerous events will celebrate the Bergamote de Nancy, its inimitable flavour, its precise craftsmanship and its heritage.
