Box of 20 or 40 Perles de Lorraine (250g or 500g). Fruit paste with a heart of Mirabelle plum brandy. A house specialty, Perle de Lorraine is a registered trademark, made entirely in our own laboratory. After making the alcoholic core, the fruit paste is poured over the core to form the Perle.

mirabelle plum purée (32%), caster sugar, sugar, glucose syrup, water, fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), mirabelle plum brandy, invert sugar, gelling agent : pectin, raising agent: tartaric acid, thickener : gum arabic, color : lutein.
