Products
For best enjoyment, Sœurs Macarons macaroons should be kept in a cool, dark place - ideally at the bottom of the fridge - for around 15 days. This use-by date is shown on your box. Take your macaroons out a few hours before eating.
In long-life bags, they can be kept for 3 weeks to 1 month. It is advisable to open the packaging 1 or 2 days before eating so that your macaroon regains its softness.
In all cases, our macaroons contain no artificial preservatives. Consequently, if the macaroons are hard (dry weather), we advise you to steam the macaroon tray (paper side) for a few minutes over a pan of boiling water (heat off), cup of tea or coffee, or 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.

All our products are manufactured in a facility that uses eggs, milk, nuts and peanuts.

Our Macaron des Soeurs, made exclusively from egg whites, French almonds and sugar, are gluten-free and lactose-free.
Customer Account
By creating an account, you can track the status of your orders, change your personal details, manage your password and keep up to date with our latest news via our newsletter.
To modify your personal data, you must log in using your username and password, then in the "My Account" - "My personal information" section.
Simply click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and enter the email address used for your account. A link will be sent to you so you can reset your password.
Orders
Each order is prepared with the greatest care. We offer you the opportunity to send us a personalised message for the person you wish to please.
Enter this message at the delivery stage of your order using the "write a comment" field about your order.
If you have not received an email confirming your order, it is possible that your email address has considered this email to be spam. If the problem persists, please contact us at the following address: info@macaron-de-nancy.com
You can also check the status of your order via the "Account" menu and then the "Order history" section.
If the payment for your order has not yet been registered, you can modify its content by accessing your basket.
Once the payment has been registered and validated, no items may be added or changed.

Only credit cards are accepted for online payment. We accept Visa, Carte Bleue and Mastercard.
We also accept payment via PayPal.
Payments made on our site and information relating to the order are secure. This information is encrypted and protected by our online payment service.
Your bank account will be debited directly when you pay for your order on our site.
Your invoice can be found in your order tracking via your "Account" - "Order history".

Delivery
Our products are shipped in packaging adapted to their size. Fragile products are protected by transparent bubble wrap.
Products are dispatched to mainland France and certain European countries (Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Slovenia).
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, it is essential that you give us as much information as possible when you enter the delivery address and that the recipient is present beforehand.
A telephone number is also compulsory.
We do not offer collection in shop for online orders. You can order your products by telephone on 03 83 32 24 25 for collection in shop 24 hours after your order has been processed.
For deliveries in France, the estimated delivery date is 48 hours (working days, excluding public holidays) from our workshop. Your online order must be placed the day before in order to be processed the next day and dispatched the following day.
For international deliveries, all orders are sent by UPS/MBE, within a minimum of 72 hours depending on the country.
We work with two carriers: La Poste and DPD. Shipping costs are determined according to the rates charged by the carriers. The rates applied depend on the weight of your parcel.
Due to the fragility of our products, which require careful packaging, and the size of our family-run business, we are unable to offer free delivery for the time being.
Your order will be delivered by the carrier you have selected. When your order is dispatched, an email containing your tracking number is sent to you. You will be notified by email of the progress of your parcel (parcel delivered or delivery deferred in the event of absence).
You may change the delivery address or date only if time permits, the day before your parcel is dispatched, by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@macaron-de-nancy.com. The delivery address may only be changed for the same country initially registered at the time of ordering.
If you find that your order is damaged on receipt, it is vital that you make a note of this on the carrier's delivery note. You can also send us the corresponding photos and the reason for your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, by contacting our customer service department: info@macaron-de-nancy.com.
If your order is missing a product, please contact our customer service department at info@macaron-de-nancy.com. Your request must reach us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
In the event of a delivery anomaly, please contact our customer service department at info@macaron-de-nancy.com. Your request must reach us within 24 hours of the initially scheduled delivery date.
For hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned. For all other products, please contact our Customer Service department at info@macaron-de-nancy.com.
