After order confirmation, SARL Génot undertakes to deliver all items ordered by the buyer to its customer within a maximum of 72 business hours.
The carrier, for its part, is contractually bound to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by SARL Génot.
In the case of cash on delivery (COD) shipping, the customer agrees to pay the carrier or its representative the full amount indicated in the order confirmation.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking link.
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all import taxes, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. SARL Génot is therefore released from all legal responsibilities if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.
All orders placed with SARL Génot are for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products.
Delivery will be made by La Poste or DPD in Metropolitan France. In the customer's absence, the package may be dropped off at the nearest collection point.
Deliveries to EEC and non-EEC countries are made by UPS.
The seller is released from its obligation to meet delivery deadlines in the event of force majeure. In the event of a missing or damaged product, any reservations must be made to the carrier within 10 days and the seller must be notified.
For availability reasons, an order may be delivered to the customer in multiple installments. The customer then pays for only one delivery. If the customer requests two separate delivery locations, they must place two orders, with the associated delivery costs.
