NANCY – KANAZAWA: A Fruitful Partnership Since 1973!
In 1998, a delegation from Nancy discovered the art of Japanese gold leaf craftsmanship in Kanazawa. “Kana” means “gold” and “Zawa” means “source.” This craftsmanship captivated our pastry chef and confectioner, Jean-Marie Génot. Enchanted by this tradition, he brought this treasure back to the heart of Lorraine. Today, this art finds its way into our 66% Caribbean Dark Chocolate Easter Egg.
We are sharing the very soul of our house with you. Stories and flavors that transcend centuries and borders.
