Traditional in-house expertise: our chocolate are hand-made on site several times a week.We adapt our production to suit daily demand, in order to ensure optimal freshness. Our own recipes are made using artisanal techniques: meticulousness, patience, respect for ingredients and cooking times.
We also monitor the balance of our recipes, with chocolates containing little sugar. Fresh natural products, free of preservatives and vegetable fats.
