Keeps for 8 to 10 days in the bottom of the refrigerator (take them out a few minutes before eating, or even hours in dry weather, to restore your macaroon’s soft texture).
In their long-life pack, they can be kept for up to 3 weeks to 1 month. Open the packaging 1 or 2 days before eating, so that your macaroon’s soft texture is restored.
In all cases, if the macaroons are hard (in dry weather), put the tray of macaroons (paper side) for a few minutes in the steam over a pan of boiling water (turn off the heat).
